Biography


Andy Washburn is an Accessibility Specialist in the Disability Rights Section of the U.S. Department of Justice. He has provided technical assistance explaining requirements of the Department’s implementing regulations for Title II (State and Local Governments) and Title III (Public Accommodations and Commercial Facilities), as well as the 1991 and 2010 ADA Standards for Accessible Design, through the ADA Information Line since 2005. Previously, he worked at the New England ADA Center in Boston, Fair Housing Accessibility First, the Boston Center for Independent Living and Granite State Independent Living.
