Clarette Yen is an Attorney Advisor in the Regulations, Interpretations, and Coordination group of the Disability Rights Section of the U.S. Department of Justice, Civil Rights Division, where she provides legal advice and support on the ADA and Section 504. She started her career as a regulatory attorney with the Federal government over 15 years ago at the Department of Labor. She currently serves as the DOJ representative for the President’s Committee for People with Intellectual Disabilities.
