Biography


Savannah joined the Disability Rights Section in 2017. She holds a B.A. from the University of Virginia and a J.D. from American University’s Washington College of Law. Within DRS Savannah is a member of the Regulations, Interpretation, and Coordination team, where she provides legal advice and interpretations regarding the nondiscrimination requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (section 504). In addition, Savannah assist in developing regulations implementing the ADA and section 504 and works closely with other agencies under Executive Order 12250 to help coordinate the consistent implementation and enforcement of section 504.
