Biography

Mr. Justen Proctor is a Senior Contracting Officer at the Technology Transformation Services. He has over 11 years of experience in the career field, spanning the entire acquisition lifecycle. He has worked at the Air Force, Navy, DOT and now GSA.

His passion for accessibility is motivated by his lived experience as a blind person and has been actively involved in bridging the gap between accessibility and procurement.
