Cognition Behavior and Mindfulness Clinic: A new service option in Chicago area.

Description

The Cognition Behavior and Mindfulness Clinic (CBM) is a newly established clinic under the UIC Developmental Disabilities Family Clinic. This presentation will provide an overview of the clinic and will introduce four distinct clinical programs offered to children, teenagers, and their families affected by autism and other developmental disabilities.

Learning Objectives:

  1. Attendees will be able to describe the need for diversified services related to autism and other developmental disabilities.
  2. Attendees will be able to describe different types of services available at the CBM.
  3. Attendees will be able to describe means to begin services at the CBM.
