The firm's primary area of practice is Immigration Law. Mr. Feldenkrais regularly represents corporations and individuals in quasi judicial and administrative proceedings. For corporate clients, he has successfully conducted audits of the I-9 employment verification procedures and has established a process for such clients to remain in compliance with the immigration laws. Further, he is experienced in representing individuals needing family petitions and has represented numerous clients in administrative, deportation, exclusion and removal proceedings. Mr. Feldenkrais appears regularly in television, both nationally and internationally and both as a consultant and a host. He currently has a weekly show called "Mundo sin Frontera" that airs in Ecuavisa International where he interviews leading personalities from Ecuador and around the world regarding migration issues. Previously, he was a regular at the NBC's Spanish Network, Telemundo, where he answered viewers questions and discussed the latest immigration news on the shows "Hoy en el Mundo", "De Ma�anita" and "Noticiero Telemundo Internacional". Before his venture with NBC, Mr. Feldenkrais produced several television shows designed to help immigrants learn about "the American Dream." He began his television appearances in South Florida with a program called "Ilegales" and then, went international with a show called "El Sue�o Americano". Besides his television appearances, Mr. Feldenkrais produced and created a series of educational videos called "Inmigracion Sin Fronteras" and currently is exploring the world of the Internet with his website "www.suenoamericanousa.com" where he gives the latest immigration news and answers users' questions in video format. Mr. Feldenkrais was instrumental in the drafting of a new law called "NACARA-Nicaraguan and Central American Relief Act." NACARA passed through Congress in 28 days and saved more than 500,000 people from being deported. He has written and published articles and magazines that assist clients in learning about the immigration laws of the United States. He has produced and hosted over 100 seminars around the world where he speaks to individuals and corporations on how to do business in the United States. He has been a speaker at Bar Associations and the like around the world. Mr. Feldenkrais is also fluent in Spanish and Hebrew.
