Questions for presenters:

Please go over boat docking, gangway, and PAR as it relates to boating facilities. It is unclear which code requirements to apply. Such as, is a gangway a ramp or part of PAR and thus running slope cannot exceed 8.33%? Are there design exception?
For trails in recreational environments such as parks, what are the requirement for PAR? Can dirt or DG path be considered a ADA PAR or must it be paved?
Is a snow sledding hill in a public park required to be accessible? A portion of the hill will be designed for year round sled use with the installation of a special surfacing. Does this year round use area have different requirements than the winter only area?
more specifically on the trail question, what are acceptable surfaces for greenway projects? often funded through FHWA and directed by DOTs.
