Biography

Nancy Horton is the Associate Director of the Mid-Atlantic ADA Center, where she provides information and guidance to individuals with disabilities, employers, business operators, architects, and others. She also develops training materials and writes a variety of articles, fact sheets, and bulletins on ADA topics.

Ms. Horton has worked in the disability field for more than 35 years. Her experience includes conducting facility access surveys, architectural plans reviews, and trainings on accessible design, employment issues, and effective communication requirements.
