Questions for presenters:
1 |
Why are these processes made so hard and the need for legal representation disregarded? |
2 |
What is the analysis a college/university should undertake when evaluating a student request to continue to take courses remotely? This is where most courses are being taught in person and the college/university is still requiring all students/faculty/staff to be vaccinated and face coverings are required in all classroom buildings and lecture halls. |
3 |
How is a post-secondary institution allowed to handle service animals? Are they permitted to go beyond the two questions outlined in the DOJ guidance and ask for documentation of disability? May they ask for more information about the animal? This is just for service animal presence on campus and classrooms, not dorms. |
