Bill Laughman

Mr. Laughman has over 21 years of service in the Civil Rights Division. In March 2019, he was named as the Administrator and Product Owner of the Civil Rights Division’s complaint portal. He is responsible for working with various stakeholders to define and prioritize development of the complaint portal.

He was formerly a Correspondence Management Analyst for the Civil Rights Division and served as the Division’s liaison for Congressional inquiries.

Mr. Laughman received his B.S. from York College of Pennsylvania.
