Beth Harrison is the Director of Knowledge Translation of the Southeast ADA Center. Beth has dedicated her professional career to advocacy for persons with disabilities. Passionate about writing and nurturing relationships, this advocacy has taken the form of writing successful federal and state grant proposals focusing on the inclusion of people with disabilities in within all facets of the community; fostering interagency collaboration to create systems change; and assisting states with the utilization of data that “tell the story” so that services and outcomes for youth with disabilities are the best they can be. Beth is proud of the diverse friendships that have resulted from her person centered planning work and systems improvements she has had a part in fostering.
