Last year we talked about ticketing policies, this year we will focus on issues related to ensuring effective communication through the provision of sign language interpreters, audio description, assistive listening devices and alternative formats. Join us as we learn from the experiences of the Kennedy Center and major performance venues across the country that has successfully implemented programs that ensure access for everyone.
