Questions for presenters:

What do you believe is the biggest accomplishment of the ADA in the first 30 years? What is the biggest issue we need to address in the next five years?
Are there any ADA guideline updates the pertain to COVID19? If not does the DOJ plan to create guidelines for safety for all during this Pandemic but still follow ADA guidelines?
What legislation is in the works to improve the ADA that we can get behind and support by writing to our legislators?
How does the ADA apply to restricted options for students with disabilities and health conditions when school starts in the fall? In my district, those who cannot go back to school in person will be required to move to different school for independent study or attend a self contained special education classroom. Do these result in denial of equal access?
Have women benefited as much as men from improvements in work opportunities resulting from ADA compliance.
How can we partner with those in our communities of color right now to also work on ending racial trauma which intersects with people with disabilities and our movement?
