Questions for presenters:

1 Is it not a violation of ADA to have exclusionary criteria for admission to mental health units and psychiatric facilities? We see SO OFTEN that exclusionary criteria include:persons living with Intellectual and/or a Developmental Disability (I/DD), Autism, and/or people who are nonverbal. Please address this issue that is forcing far too many community members into jails and the criminal legal system because they are excluded from accessing the services/treatment they need. Also - people with I/DD are excluded from treatment services for Substance Use Disorder (SUD) - again - this is discriminatory. Please address this during your event.
2 The employee's work is the first point of contact to the office entrance, requiring them to be in the office and no telework. The employee has shared their antivaccine beliefs, does not want plexiglass, and cannot wear face coverings due to a medical issue signed by their physician. The employer cannot require vaccines, cannot discuss vaccination status nor require face coverings. No employees are allowed to telework, two are medically unable to be vaccinated, and there is a social stigma wearing face coverings. All employees are great at their work. Who should the employer accommodate?
