Questions for presenters:
1 |
Can this class be taken before 2022? |
2 |
Can a Medicaid or other medical clinic demand that I get guardianship for my adult daughter who has a severe intellectual disability ( like a 2 year old) in order for me to sign for her medical care? As her 24/7 caregiver I would like to know how to respond when they tell me that she has to be the one to sign. She has no capacity for signing legal documents and I do not want to pursue guardianship due to cost, inconvenience, etc. This has been very frustrating. |
