Carrie Anderson, Registered Dietitian (RD) and Licensed Dietitian (LD), has over 22 years of experience helping students manage their food allergies in the dining courts at Purdue University. Her passion for helping those with food allergies began when her own son was diagnosed with multiple life-threatening food allergies at 8 months old. This helped Carrie to see the need for the dining courts at Purdue to offer allergen free foods to any student needing them. During her time at Purdue, Carrie worked closely with Purdue’s disability resource center to help students with food allergies live and dine safely in the residence halls.
