A Section 508 Subject Matter Expert who holds the Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL) credential in software testing, and certified in ITIL v3, which is the(third version of the Information Technology Infrastructure Library, a globally recognized collection of best practices for managing information technology (IT).
