Biography
Megan Bent is a chronically ill artist drawn to processes that reflect her disabled experience, especially interdependence, impermanence, and care. Her work has been exhibited domestically and abroad, and she is a recipient of the 2023 Wynn Newhouse Awards and the 2024-2025 Culture Push Disability Arts Curatorial Fellowship.
For 3 years, she worked at Inclusive Arts Vermont (IAV) as the Digital Content Manager and then Director of Communications and Digital Access. She currently works at Open Door Arts as the Gallery and Communications Manager.
