Pretext Cases: Sound Business Decision or Discriminatory Action?

In many ADA cases, employees assert disability discrimination while employers claim their actions were based on a legitimate business decisions. This session will review the U.S. Supreme Court’s rulings on what constitutes pretext of discrimination and discuss subsequent ADA cases addressing this issue.
