Technology Accessibility Specialist
Beth Lund is Ashford University’s Technology Accessibility Specialist. Prior to her role as the Technology Accessibility Specialist, Beth acquired a wide array of experiences in the field of Information Technology, including business process analytics, and business requirement development. Her strong orientation toward process development and requirements gathering have played an integral role in creating an environment that understands the shared responsibilities of ensuring accessibility of the online learning environment. Beth co-
chairs the Ashford University Accessibility Roundtable to share best practices for creating accessible course materials to be utilized in the online setting at Ashford University. Beth is also a co-advisor for the Gamma Upsilon chapter of Delta Alpha PI International, an academic honor society for students with disabilities attending colleges and universities. In 2015 she has completed her certificate in advanced professional development for Assistive Technology Applications from California State University, Northridge.
