Julie Brinkhoff is Director of the Great Plains ADA Center. She has given numerous presentations on accessible web design and accessibility requirements for Title II and III entities. She developed “Accessible Design is Good Design” as a tool for local communities and businesses in the Great Plains region. One of her primary areas of interest is developing materials and presentations that help individuals who do not have a technical background understand accessible design, why it is important, and how it improves useability of web content for all consumers. She also understands accessible design from the content developer’s perspective as she has developed websites, webpages, and other content using html and CSS.
